📦 Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea. We'll be adding more locations soon! 

💰 Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees and other taxes on their package. 

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are made on demand, reducing waste and making each piece unique to you. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, with delivery times varying based on location. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way!

NOTE: During holidays, our production times are 2-5 days on average

US: 2 - 5 business days
Canada: 5 - 15 business days
Rest of the world: 10 - 30 business days

🧼 How do I clean my tote bag?

To keep your tote looking fresh:

  1. Remove all items from the bag before cleaning.
  2. Pretreat any visible stains with a gentle stain remover.
  3. Mix warm water with mild detergent and clean using a terry washcloth or soft bristle brush.
  4. Air dry completely before use.

🔄 What is your return/exchange policy?

Since our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right!

📦 Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
